A lead is counted every time we successfully contact a person, whether this contact has led to a conversation or not.
For example, contacts with wrong phone numbers won't be counted as a lead.
The number of lead you need depends on the number of leads your marketing team generate each month and the scope you choose for Pinpo. Don’t worry, if you use up all your leads in a given month we’ll hold your leads until you upgrade or your monthly usage resets.
